It is recommended that adults get 7-9 hours of sleep each night and incorporate relaxation practices into their daily routine to reap the full benefits. By prioritizing sleep and relaxation, individuals can experience improved mood, increased energy levels, and a stronger immune system.

Exercise and physical activity are essential for maintaining good health and well-being. Regular physical activity has been linked to improved mood, reduced stress and anxiety, and increased energy levels.
